How to Enter

Event full… Waiting list closed…

The notes below provide some background on the event entry process for entrants and riders on the waiting list. The upcoming event is full and the waiting list closed, so if you haven’t registered for the event you have to wait till next next time.

Happily there are many other fine Audax events in the Audax Calendar taking place near you, To ensure you’re kept up to date about LondonWalesLondon and other events in the south-east, subscribe to the London Audax Newsletter and visit the Audax UK website.

Please read through the notes below on the entry process. If you have any further questions relating to events regulations generally, please refer to the event regulations pages or else contact

The registration link will take you to the event ticketing system, so if you’re used to the online entry forms it will look slightly different but also remarkably familiar.

Please note:

  1. The registration process must be completed by the rider, i.e., you cannot register on behalf of others. The only exception to this is where the parent or guardian of a rider under 18 registers on their behalf. See notes on Parent Consent below.
  2. The registration process is not integrated with the website, so if you are an Audax UK member then you will need to add your entry to your personal event calendar on the website yourself.
  3. Payment is by credit or debit card NOT Paypal. The transaction is managed by the ticketing service provider which means your financial details do not pass through this website.

When you complete the purchase you will receive an email to acknowledgement the order, and this will include a link to an eTicket with details of the event and rider. You don’t need to do anything with the eTicket at this stage, its just for reference.

Places on the event are limited to 250. In recent years these places have been snapped up very quickly, sometimes within hours of the event registration opening. To allow for this, we have provided a waiting list facility.

Once all of the places have been allocated, the ‘Book Now’ button will become a “Waiting List” button where you can register for a place on the waiting list. As places become available due to riders withdrawing the places will be offered to waiting list members. The allocation of places is at the discretion of the event organizer and some places will be reserved for female riders. Having said that, whilst event entry cannot be guaranteed, experience indicates most riders on the waiting list will have the opportunity to enter.

Riders allocated places who wish to withdraw must forward their entry acknowledgment email to with the words “WITHDRAW REQUEST” in the subject line.

Riders may withdraw up to 23:59 1 Jan and their entry fee refunded less a £5 administration fee subject to their place being taken up by a rider from the waiting list.

Riders may withdraw up to 23:59 1 February and their entry fee refunded less a £10 administration fee subject to their place being taken up by a rider from the waiting list.

Riders who withdraw up to 23:59 1 March and contact the advisor as above will forfeit their entry fee, however they will be offered a guaranteed entry to the event in the following year.

Please note that entry fees are not refundable or transferable other than through the withdraw/waiting list process described above.

Audax UK requires entries for riders under 18 to be submitted/supported by a postal entry form.

The online event registration process allows the parent or guardian of riders under 18 to register riders under 18,  however, this must be accompanied by a postal entry form mailed (or scanned and emailed) to the organizer who will acknowledge receipt within 7 days. Click here to download the event postal entry form

This approach allows riders under 18 to be registered online whilst satisfying Audax UK requirements.

Audax UK requires all riders to have 3rd party insurance whilst participating in AUK events.  This is included as part of the Audax UK and CUK (CTC) membership. Others are required to take up temporary membership of AUK for the duration of the event so they are covered by Audax UK member’s insurance provision, and a small premium  (£3) is charged for this. For more information about AUK insurance requirements and provisions please see insurance.
